Hello everyone! I hope you've been enjoying your summer thus far, because I've been enjoying mine. Anyway, recently I was contacted by JORD to participate in a collaboration with them and their beautiful wooden watches. YEAH! For those of you who aren't familiar with JORD, JORD was derived from a desire for timepieces that model their modern lifestyle. Sustainable, efficient, simple, and influenced by experiential living. Also, these wooden watches are simply beautiful you'll want to run to your nearest computer and purchase one.

I chose the Ely Series in Dark Sandalwood, which retails online for $129. Also for an extra $10, your watch can be sized for you. SCORE! No visiting a local jeweler to have your watch sized. When my watch arrived, it was packaged in a beautiful little wooden box, that I couldn't wait to try on. All I can I truly say is, JORD's Wooden Watches are truly beautiful watches, that are sized just right, and I look forward to incorporating my watch into my wardrobe. After opening my Reese's Spreads box, I decided to use my spread on Ritz crackers & sliced apples and I loved it. Not only did it taste good, but it was easy to spread on my crackers and apples. Hands down this is one of the best spreads I've tasted and I definitely plan on buying a jar for my family and I. Also, my boys enjoyed it as well :)

I bought this particular gel polish set online from Hautelook for a great price, and I wanted to try it out. So, for my polish I used Tangy Tangerine and for my middle fingernails I used a Julie G nail polish called Light It Up.

I'm a girly girl and love all things fashion, so when asked if I'd like to participate in a campaign on splurging vs. saving, I was delighted to join in on the fun. Recently, I've been looking for a pair of nude pumps to add to my growing collection of shoes, so while searching in-store & online I found a beautiful pair of Christian Louboutin's Rolando Hidden-Platform pumps at Bergdorf Goodman for $795. Pretty shoes, but a little on the pricey side.

Hey everyone! Recently I decided to remove my acrylics from my nails, so I could start doing my own nails for the summer. YEAH! Also, I got tired of going to nail salons only to be waiting for long periods of time, so I bought the Red Carpet Manicure Pro Gel Kit. I'M IN LOVE! I used my gel kit for the first time last week and really liked my gel nails, so much so that I went back earlier this week and bought 3 more gel polishes. Recently, I've been carrying my new H&M tote I bought several weeks ago while visiting Baltimore, MD and so far I love it. I mean, for only $25 it definitely was a great deal. Anyway, in my H&M tote I'm carrying my green Personal Filofax, my yellow Pocket Filofax which I use as my wallet, a pair of Ray Ban sunglasses, Kleenexes, a box of Junior Mints, my I Phone, a pencil case, my car keys, a coupon folder, my make-up case, and Lush hand cream. So, it's been awhile since I've had a professional manicure, and since I needed my eyebrows waxed badly, I stopped by a local nail salon to have get it all done. You guys already know, I'm a fan of gel nails, so course I chose a red glittery CND Shellac gel polish for my polish. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the gel polish, but I love the shade of red with the glitter in it :)

I was contacted by oNecklace to do a product review for them, which meant I got a chance to chose a product. So, I decided on the 24k Gold Plated Curly Initial Necklace, and opted to use the letter C as my initial, since my first name begins with C. I was so excited when my package arrived, because my necklace was packaged in a really cute box to keep it safe and it looked so pretty. It's fall now, does that mean that it's time for me to bring out my coats, scarves, pants, and sweaters? I hope not, because I'm not ready :( Although, the weather here on the Eastern Shore has been really cool lately. I mean, I've already taken my jeans and other fall/winter clothing out of my attic :)

So for my outfit today, I thought I'd keep it simple, so I added a striped tee with a pair of capris. Also, I thought I'd keep it casual too, so I added a pair of black flat shoes, a black handbag, with silver & red jewelry.

It's a Floral Kinda Day

Today, the weather here in Salisbury called for rain and thunderstorms the majority of the day. Of course, it only rained in the morning, so I was able to get some great shots in:). Also, as an added bonus I got a chance to take my two boys to the local YMCA to swim for several hours as well. So, all and all it turned out to be a good day:)
